The Sherwood Group's day-to-day role is to manage projects, programs and services as directed by the board and ensure that board-approved initiatives are successfully implemented. Equally important is our responsibility and ability to offer counsel and recommendations based on our experience.

However, there is one thing we never forget: We take our direction from the board. We don't have a vote or decision-making authority, just a responsibility to support our clients.
